From the time I first applied for off-campus housing for my daughter up until the present has been a seamless tenant/ guarantor experience. The leasing staff is very friendly, helpful, and eager to cater to your needs. Signing up for text and email notifications has been a blessing because you are always “in the know.” The verbal communication is excellent, the online tools are user-friendly, and the transition from dorming to off-campus housing from my daughters’ perspective has been great!"

As a first year college student this was a great step into living on my “ own.” Having my own bedroom with an individualized key is great! Never have to worry about my personal belongings getting taken. Easy to contact to get things fixed and see payment that are due. became friend some fun people here would recommend to others if you want to be on your own but also have others around you. Love that you can have a car and have many available spots to park. Leasing office staff are great and very personable and available to help at all times."

This is my second year living here and I love it! My favorite thing about College Station is the location. It's only about a 10 minute drive to campus and a 5 minute drive to many shopping places such as Target, Walmart, TJMaxx and the Willow Grove Park Mall! I enjoy having my own room and only sharing a bathroom with my suite mate. Although rent is a little high, the amenities make up for it. College Station does many fun activities throughout the year to create a fun and social atmosphere. I would definitely recommend living here for any college student!"
